John Hewlett, founder and formulator of Cardio Miracle drink supplement, discusses the importance of nitric oxide to the human body in “The Robert Scott Bell Show” on Brighteon.TV.
“Nitric oxide helps regulate all of the vital systems of the body. Stimulating the production of nitric oxide is essentially like bringing back your youth,” Hewlett tells program host Robert Scott Bell.
Stimulating the production of nitric oxide is exactly what Cardio Miracle does. Hewlett says the drink supplement “can actually take you back to your 20s, when your body was producing adequate nitric oxide.” (Related: Drink beet juice before exercise for a younger brain.)
“Cardio Miracle, through its different ingredients, goes into the bloodstream through the mouth in liquid [form]. That bloodstream, as it courses through your body, then stimulates endothelium to produce life-giving and life-saving nitric oxide,” explains Hewlett.
He compares the endothelial cells to a microchip that helps govern everything else in the body. Endothelial cells release substances that control vascular relaxation and contraction as well as enzymes that control blood clotting, immune function and platelet adhesion.
Nitric oxide helps relax the inner muscles of the blood vessels, making them widen and increase circulation – enhancing blood flow to areas of the body that are lacking oxygen and/or nutrients.
Hewlett has made it his life mission to improve human condition with natural methods of preventing chronic illnesses and diseases, while improving immune health, mobility and quality of life.
“By developing and distributing the finest supplement that boosts nitric oxide production, my objective is to educate and share the compelling and overwhelming [benefits] that vitamin D3, coupled with 24/7 delivery of nitric oxide, can give individuals,” Hewlett writes on LinkedIn.
“I want to contribute to the wellness of mankind, help heal the chronically ill and provide veterans the alternatives to toxic medications that often lead to severe depression, anxiety and suicide. I also am committed to assisting African Americans and Native Americans with their genetic deficiency of nitric oxide and vitamin D3 to stop their declining mortality and extend and enhance their fight against the leading causes of death.”
Nitric oxide production is essential for overall health because it allows blood, nutrients and oxygen to travel to every part of your body effectively and efficiently. A limited capacity to produce nitric oxide is associated with heart disease, diabetes and erectile dysfunction.
There are natural ways to maintain optimal levels of nitric oxide in your body.
Eating vegetables high in nitrates can increase nitric oxide naturally. Nitrate is a compound found in certain vegetables and one of the many reasons vegetables are good for the health. Vegetables high in nitrate include celery, cress, chervil, lettuce, beetroot, spinach and arugula.
Nitrates are converted into nitric oxide when those vegetables are consumed, presenting a wide range of health benefits related to heart health and exercise performance. (Related: Another huge benefit of sunshine exposure: Nitric oxide production boosts cardiovascular health.)
Several analyses have also shown that eating nitrate-rich vegetables can lower blood pressure as much as some blood pressure medications
You can also help your body produce more nitric oxide by limiting your use of mouthwash. Mouthwash kills all types of bacteria, including the beneficial ones that help produce nitric oxide. This leads to a decrease in nitric oxide production and – in some instances – an increase in blood pressure.
The detrimental effects of mouthwash on nitric oxide production can also contribute to the development of diabetes, which is characterized by malfunctions in insulin production or action. This is because nitric oxide also regulates insulin, which helps cells utilize the energy obtained from food. Without nitric oxide, insulin cannot work properly.
Nitric oxide is an unstable molecule that degrades quickly in the bloodstream, so it must be constantly replenished. One way to increase its stability and limit its breakdown is by consuming antioxidants.
Antioxidants are molecules that neutralize free radicals, which contribute to the short life of nitric oxide. These antioxidants are found in all foods but primarily those of plant origin, such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains.
Cardio Miracle is clinically proven to create nitric oxide at the cellular level in the laboratory of Tadeusz Malinski at Ohio University. Malinski has found that Cardio Miracle can stimulate production of nitric oxide for over 24 hours.
Foods you eat that are high in nitrates can only increase nitric oxide for a few hours. Some people also avoid foods with high nitrates for fear that they contribute to cancer.
“When you just stimulate nitric oxide, you can’t control what it is doing for you,” says Hewlett.
Cardio Miracle covers that ground with a nice blend of antioxidants and vitamin B12 – which is vital in scavenging excess nitric oxide.
Other ingredients found in Cardio Miracle include L-arginine AKG, L-citrulline, ornithine, carnitine, taurine, ribose, vitamin D and organic beetroot powder. L-arginine and L-citrulline are two of the most commonly used ingredients in supplements that boost nitric oxide.
Hewlett shares that G. Edward Griffin, author of “World Without Cancer” and “The Creature from Jekyll Island,” is taking Cardio Miracle every day. Griffin will turn 90 on Nov. 7 and remains healthy and strong.
Athletes like former all-American and Super Bowl champion Jason Buck and triathlete Clark Bayles are also using and recommending Cardio Miracle. Even a physician like Dr. Joshua Helman says that he’s taking the drink supplement every day and recommending it to his colleagues and patients.
